A hyperbole is an exaggeration. Im not sure where you got the phrase 'drip,hiss,falll' from but Im not sure I can tel you without some context. Assuming this was from a story where a mouse fell of a counter... Its a hyperbole because that is exaggerated. lol.. but seriously need more context.
