Because Jack only has $25 dollars to spend, he can't spend any more than that. So we know that x (amount of money spent) cannot be greater than 25. However, he can spend all of his 25 dollars. So, x can equal 25. He also can spend less than 25 dollars. X can be less than or equal to 25. This would be expressed by the inequality: [tex]x \leq 25 [/tex]
