The answer is 5x^2 - 6x^3yz + 4y^2.

When dividing by a monomial, we subtract the exponents on the variables. Each term gets divided by xyz. This means every power of x will be subtracted by 1; every power of y will be subtracted by 1; and every power of z will be subtracted by 1.
